02. What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we process the contact name, company, business email, country or region, project message and privacy consent you provide. Phone, quantities, timing, customization choices and a reference file are optional. We use them to evaluate and respond to the requested cooperation. Technical request information, such as IP address and time, may be processed for security and abuse prevention.
03. Consent and communication
The form asks for your consent before submission. You may instead contact us by email. We use enquiry details to respond to your request, and do not treat your enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or information about children.
04. How information is handled
Enquiries are recorded on the website service and, when a mail service is configured, sent to our business mailbox. Hosting and email providers may process information as service providers. We restrict use to the requested cooperation, security and applicable legal obligations; we do not sell your enquiry information. If a project requires sharing with a supplier, we use only relevant details and obtain additional consent where required.
05. Storage and retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. File download links expire after seven days; link expiry does not by itself delete the underlying enquiry or attachment. Retention is reviewed for the purpose concerned. Email copies are also subject to mailbox retention and applicable obligations.
06. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or an explanation of processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@zinien.com. We may verify identity before responding. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing; some records may need to be retained where the law requires. If a material processing change needs new consent, we will request it before that processing.
07. External services and changes
An email or WhatsApp link opens a service of your choice; that provider’s terms and privacy rules apply. We do not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers in this version. If services, recipients or cross-border processing arrangements change, the operator must update this notice and complete any required notice, consent or other procedures before activation.
